Why no Synchronicity?
Here's the story: apparently (1) Copeland hadn't gotten that far when he had to deliver the movie to Sundance, and (2) he figured most of the story was told by that point anyway. "That's what the DVD is for," he said, in this summary of the Q&A.

I saw it last night at the Santa Barbara Film Festival, and loved it. It could have been twice, three times as long and I wouldn't have complained.
I would love to hear a CD released of Stewart's "derangements" -- that was one of the really neat surprises -- but I recall reading that Sting vetoed the idea a few years back.
